Location. One block from the beach.

Wi fi didn't work in my room and we had to access the Internet in the corridor! The hotel is cheap but there might be other options cheaper nearby.

Friendly Staff and Convenient Location

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. They provided excellent local recommendations and made our stay enjoyable. Also, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that was a great start to our day.

The lack of amenities offered. While the hotel had a pool and bike rentals available, there were no additional amenities such as a gym or spa. Additionally, some of the room furnishings could have been updated for a more comfortable stay.

Close to the beach and quite frankly I would have preferred to have been much farther away from the beach and in a decent hotel.

The Pacific Crest Inn Santa Barbara was the one of the worst places we have ever stayed in. The room, although it was clean, was dingy, small and very depressing, with a fence and overlooking building immediately outside the window, so we had to keep the curtains closed and very little fresh air got in. In short we would not recommend this hotel to any friends and certainly would not stay there again. We would suggest you change the star rating to a big zero. Thank goodness it was only one night.

Would of liked coffee and tea making facilities in room and also the sue of a hairdryer. Rooms rather tired.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel near the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even sending me text updates and leaving a night light on in my room. The room itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with coastal-anitque accents. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with delicious dining options within walking distance and the beach just a block away. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with delicious oatmeal and healthy egg bites. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, clean rooms, great location, and tasty breakfast.

I liked nothing about this motel! Thin walls, tiny bathroom, flimsy towels, no coffee pot, and a charge for ice! And expensive!

The location and Santa Barbara itself.

I missed the breakfast which wasn§t included in the price and also the fridge and the hairdryer.

Great location, close to zoo and beach. Owners were friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and local dining suggestions. Clean room with ocean view and EV charger available. a pleasant stay.

Great stay with a lovely breakfast selection that included fresh pastries and fruit. Location was perfect, just a block away from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed.

The bathroom was a bit small and could be slippery in the shower. It was also a bit of a hassle to get to State Street as the bus service was spotty in October.

The front desk manager was extremely friendly and informative. The location is great. The facilities are not fancy and are a bit outdated.

I would recommend staying here if you don't have much expectation in terms of luxury. Definitely bare-bones, but very close to the beach. No blowdryers or amenities. Friendly staff.

It is not Pacific Crest's fault. I went there because of a photography field trip. All classmates complain their motels Stay in sb is too expensive. Should stay in the city 10 miles away. Stay away from sb.

This hotel is right on the beach, making it the perfect location for a beach getaway. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel like invited guests rather than just paying clients. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with mountain views that add a touch of natural beauty. The breakfast selection is delicious, with homemade dishes and good coffee to start the day off right.

Very poor facility conditions. Room had no privacy, was dirty, reeked of lysol, no amenities, very poor condition. The bed was Very uncomfortable, borderline unusable. Ice machine was not complimentary. Television tiny. Furniture very old, cheap, uncomfortable. One of the worst stays I have ever had. Much better options nearby. We left less rested than when we arrived, strictly due to the comfort level of the room.
